1956 Mochet CM 125 Y Navigation

Sedan
Within the next few years, that vehicle became more and more a real micro car while the engine capacity rose to 125 and 175cc. From 1953 the Mochet had a steel body with proper doors and looked very much like a modern automobile. The output of the 125cc engine was five horsepower, and the top speed was 30 mph.
The production came to an end when the French legislation changed in 1958, dropping the engine size to drive without a driver's license from 125 to 50cc. The 175cc model was not competitive anymore due to the rise of the sensationally cheap Citroen 2CV. Around 3,000 motorized Mochet were built in total.Source - Lane Motor Museum
