1971 BMW 3.0 CS Navigation
The 1971 BMW 3.0 CSi was powered by a 2985cc six-cylinder, single-overhead-cam engine fitted with a Bosch fuel injection system. During its production lifespan, a total of 8,199 examples of the 3.0CSi were produced. They had four-wheel ventilated disc brakes and either a Getrag four-speed manual or Borg-Warner three-speed automatic transmission was available.

Considered to be BMWs pride and joy, the three-liter was in production for the following two decades. Replacing the 2800CS, the 3.0CS was introduced in March of 1971 and featured a bigger 180bhp engine and 4-wheel vented disc brakes.
