Following its reveal in 2016, the new Holden Trax goes on sale this week, boasting fresh new styling and segment-leading state-of-the-art connectivity technology, ensuring Holden's baby SÚV continues to raise the bar.




'With a 25% increase in sales, Trax resonated well with customers in 2016, and now with a stylish new design and advanced technology, there's even more to like,' said Mr. Keley.

'We know that Trax customers live much of their lives through their smart phones, so it was important to us to ensure Apple CarPlay and Android Auto phone projection was available in Trax – the only vehicle to offer it in the small SÚV segment.'



Trax LS in automatic transmission also receives the same 1.4L turbo engine available in the LT and LTZ as standard, providing improved performance and fuel economy, as well as new rear disc brakes, giving drivers extra confidence.

Leveraging the new Chevrolet global design language, major styling enhancements to the new Trax includes new front and rear fascias, as well as striking LED daylight running lamps (DRLs) across the range.

Trax's premium styling continues inside, with a fresh new console design including contrast trim detail and sweeping dash design all focused around the 7-inch colour touchscreen infotainment system.

Holden's Design Director, Richard Ferlazzo, said the new-look Trax blended its already tough small SÚV stance with a new modern, sophisticated design and represented a sign of things to come from Holden.

'The new Trax is the latest model to be released in Holden's new product onslaught and with its advanced technology and premium design, is one I'm sure will continue to be popular with customers,' said Mr. Ferlazzo.

'Trax's expressive sleek new profile hints at the rich materials and intricate styling inside, providing a refined and luxurious environment for drivers to enjoy their journey in.'

Trax joins Trailblazer in Holden's refreshed SÚV offering, with the recently revealed Acadia and Equinox soon to follow. Holden is the only brand to offer Lifetime Capped Price Serving, the largest of its kind in Australia, offering exceptional value and peace of mind to our customers.
