2020 Ford Transit Connect

America's best-selling compact van, Ford Transit Connect provides technology, versatility and comfort for personal and small business customers alike.

Available in cargo van and passenger wagon and with two wheelbase choices (cargo van only) and all-day comfort seats accommodating two, five, six or seven passengers, plus three trim levels – XL, XLT and Titanium – there's a Transit Connect for everyone. A 6.5-inch floating touch screen – running SYNC® 3 with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ capability – is standard on XLT and Titanium trim levels and optional for XL. A standard embedded 4G LTE modem with Wi-Fi can support up to 10 devices and an available wireless charge pad keeps the latest phones topped off.

Power comes from a 2.0-liter gasoline direct injection I-4 with standard Auto Start-Stop and an 8-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission. (posted on conceptcarz.com) Fleet customers can opt for a 2.5-liter iVCT I-4 gas engine with CNG/LPG gaseous fuel prep package and a 6-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission. (posted on conceptcarz.com) New for 2020 driver assist features are abound with Ford Co-Pilot360™ standard on XLT Cargo Van and XLT and Titanium Passenger Wagon – Optional on XL Van and Wagon. Features include Auto High-Beam Headlamps, BLIS® Blind Spot Information System with cross-traffic alert (Optional on XL, standard on XLT & Titanium), Lane-Keeping System (with 53C for XL), Adaptive Cruise Control, Rear View Camera and Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) standard on all trim levels.

2020 Ford Transit ConnectAlso new for 2020 and standard on all trim levels are Automatic Headlamp On/Off & Configurable daytime running lights. Other exterior features include Power-adjusted PowerFold® heated exterior mirrors which are now standard on XLT & Titanium for both cargo van and passenger wagon, and rain sensing windshield wipers are now included with automatic headlamps on all trim levels.
