Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) is celebrating welcoming the first lady owner to the Mono family, as BEASTS President Rasha Jarmakani becomes the latest driving enthusiast to take keys to the world's only road-legal, single-seater supercar.

Rasha is the mastermind behind the Beirut Events and Street Shows extravaganza in Lebanon, where the community gathers to celebrate culture, food, music and cars.

As well as being a hugely successful professional, Rasha is a true petrolhead and has an extensive collection of supercars and motorbikes to enjoy during her time away from business.

She's been a big fan of the one-of-a-kind Mono for several years now, with its singularity of purpose and ability to deliver the ultimate driving experience putting it right at the top of her wish list.

She said: 'I am so happy to be the first female owner of the Mono – a car I've loved for too long now! Getting the keys and getting behind the wheel is a total joy and I can't wait to show off its brilliance everywhere I go. I'm also very much looking forward to BAC's presence at BEASTS and showing the Beirut community exactly why it's such a phenomenal machine.'

BEASTS is a Government-backed operation whereby 'worries are replaced by ideas, where chaos is turned into art and where life is a daily celebration of a land's rich culture'.

The 12-day event aims to reinvent all things Lebanon and bring people together in complete harmony, with creativity and talent on display throughout. And BAC has teamed up with the event organisers to play a big part in the festivities.

As one of the automotive jewels of the event, BAC will be bringing Mono Mania to the region by deploying a number of cars and actively meeting with members of the community and potential distributors.

BAC will take part in the eagerly awaited Dream Car Shootout, whereby the most desirable cars on the planet will go head-to-head over an hour of racing fun and bring guests closer to the action than ever.

BAC Co-Founder and Director of Product Development, Neill Briggs, said: 'We're incredibly pleased to welcome Rasha as our first female Mono owner. She's a woman whose knowledge is endless when it comes to both business and supercars, and we welcomed her to the Mono family with open arms. It's also our pleasure to join forces with Rasha and the BEASTS team ahead of such a special event. Our venture into Lebanon represents BAC breaking even more new ground, and we're very excited to introduce new fans to the brand during our time in the Middle East.'
