The Mann's collection is based on excellence in style and represents an unusual number of one-off designs. Mark Reuss, executive vice president, Global Product Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain at General Motors Company, will have at least six vehicles on display this year, both from his personal collection and the General Motors Heritage collection, representing his passion for automotive engineering and design. 'I'm thrilled to be recognized, and excited to participate in this year's Concours to celebrate the evolution of automotive design and engineering,' said Mark Reuss. 'My father has always loved this event, and I look forward to walking the field with my family, friends and colleagues once again. The hundreds of stunning, historic vehicles on-hand will, as always, illustrate how much past design can truly inspire the future.' The 40th Concours d'Elegance will be held July 27-29, at the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth, Mich. The weekend-long event will include a motoring tour, vehicle seminars, and charity events to support Project Beautiful Inside and Out and Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and will culminate with more than 300 vehicles and motorcycles on display on Sunday. For a complete event schedule visit http://www.concoursusa.org/general-info/schedule-of-events. For more information, visit ConcoursUSA.org. General admission tickets start at $35 (when purchased in advance) and may be purchased at http://concoursusa.org/general-info/tickets. About Concours d'Elegance The Concours d'Elegance has its roots in 17th century France, when the aristocracy would parade their horse-drawn carriages through the parks of Paris. With the advent of the automobile, Concours d'Elegance events evolved into competitions between automobile manufacturers, custom coachbuilders, and owners, whose vehicles were judged on the beauty of their design. The Concours d'Elegance of America originated at Oakland University's Meadow Brook Hall, and in 2011, this world-class event moved to the beautiful grounds of the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth, Mich.
