•DS Automobiles is pleased to announce its partnership with the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode as part of the Paris Fashion Week® and the Haute Couture events
•DS Automobiles and the fashion industry share the same demands, with a passion for style and a love of materials
From 18 June, DS Automobiles will accompany journalists, influencers and talents among the fashion capital with a fleet of 25 DS 7 CROSSBACK SUVs proudly displaying the Paris Fashion Week® logo. This partnership will then continue during the Haute Couture and Women's Fashion Week in September.
The women and men of DS Automobiles have strong affections to fashion. Working methods, such as the desire to shake up codes, surprise, experiments and inventions, but also through the sourcing of new materials, find a particular echo in the creative world.
'Since the creation of DS brand in 2015, we have been working like a Haute Couture company to fully emphasis the interior of our distinctive creations,' says Yves Bonnefont, CEO of DS Automobiles. 'The Meilleurs Ouvriers de France shape the materials of DS 3 CROSSBACK and DS 7 CROSSBACK. They innovate by bringing new solutions with strong ideas that are really out of step with what exists today in the automotive market. This is why we are delighted to be working closely with the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode for the next editions of Paris Fashion Week®. It will be another opportunity to share our experiences with the most prominent French companies, as we have done since the beginning of our creative process.'
This partnership reinforces the new dynamic and the actions implemented by the Federation of Haute Couture and Fashion to move towards a Paris Fashion Week® that is more attentive to ecological issues.
DS is already electrifying its entire range under the E-TENSE signature with DS 3 CROSSBACK E-TENSE, the first 100% electric model in its segment, and DS 7 CROSSBACK E-TENSE 4x4, with its 300-horsepower rechargeable hybrid engine for 58 kilometres of zero emission driving and emissions contained at 31 grams of CO2 per kilometre under the new WLTP approval cycle. From 2025 onwards, DS will only offer electrified vehicles of its new models.
