Ford Transit takes the Top Two Spots for Total UK Sales

Ford vehicles were the UK's 1-2-3 best sellers last month, as the biggest Transit, medium Transit Custom and Fiesta took the respective honours.

Mandy Dean, commercial vehicle director for Ford of Britain & Ireland, said: 'In 2020, The Transit Custom range was just behind the Ford Fiesta as the UKs best-selling vehicle. In February 2021, Transit and Transit Custom have gone one step further with the two-tonne Transit being overall top-selling vehicle with Transit Custom second and Fiesta third.'

A total of 2,699 Transit and 1,979 Transit Custom vehicles were sold in February, while Fiesta topped passenger vehicle sales at 1,645.
