Maserati Appoints Yu Hanbang as New General Manager of Maserati China

He will be in charge of overseeing all commercial activities for the House of the Trident in China. The automotive market in China is experiencing a period of significant change, with local customers demonstrating a clear preference for exceptional vehicles and innovations. As a key element of Maserati's global strategy, the Chinese market is of considerable importance. With his extensive experience in sales and management in the automotive industry, Hanbang will bring an international perspective and innovative approach – based on years of knowledge gained from having held management positions in numerous regions – to further develop the Trident's activities in China and its expression of Italian luxury around the world. Prior to this appointment, Hanbang held leadership roles at Genesis China, MG Europe and SAIC Volkswagen, contributing significantly to the strategic growth of these brands through forward-looking leadership.
