LAS VEGAS (September 24, 2013) — Barrett-Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions™, is known for non-stop action and a variety of one-of-a-kind automobiles to cross the auction block, and this year's Las Vegas event is no exception, as the legendary auction company is excited to announce Lot #689 1999 Chevrolet Suburban from 'The Sopranos' Seasons 1-4. The Suburban was utilized in seasons 1-4 of the renowned series and will cross the block at No Reserve on Saturday, September 28th. The upcoming 6th Annual Las Vegas auction takes place September 26-28 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

The Suburban is the actual vehicle driven by the show's famous protagonist, Tony Soprano, portrayed by James Gandolfini. The late actor, who passed away in early 2013, autographed the car's sun visor on the driver's side with a personalized message 'Take Care of My Car'. Fans of 'The Sopranos' will also remember it as the automobile Tony drives in the opening credits. The character has the Suburban until he acquires an Escalade after being promoted to the 'boss'.
