Chevrolet produced 21,434 examples of the 1995 Impala SS with 9,858 of those being black cars. 7,134 were dark cherry and 4,442 were dark gray. Power was from an overhead-valve 5.7 liter V8 delivering 275 horsepower. The car was also equipped with a PASS-Key II theft deterrent system, door map pockets, an ETR AM/FM stereo radio, a digital clock, adjustable head restraints, seat back pockets, electronic speed control, a tilt-wheel adjustable steering column, body-color door handles, a body-color grille, body-color rocker panel moldings, 'SS' body-side and deck lid emblems, a black-finished radio antenna base, body-color fascias, body-color wheel opening moldings, air conditioning, 17-inch aluminum wheels, and a luggage area cargo net.
