VOLVO CAR USA ANNOUNCES THREE LEADERSHIP CHANGES

ROCKLEIGH, NJ (April 26, 2016) – Lex Kerssemakers, Senior Vice President, Americas and President and CEO, Volvo Car USA, today announced three leadership changes as part of Volvo's ongoing transformation in the US. Jim Raggi, previously Regional Vice President, Northeast Region has been appointed Regional Vice President, Southern Region. Raggi has extensive understanding of the sales and regional business and has developed strong cooperation with the retailers in our largest region. He will bring great sales acumen to the Southern region. Gregor Hembrough, previously Regional Vice President. Western Region, has been named Regional Vice President, Northeast Region. Gregor has more than 20 years of experience in the company and has held many positions in both headquarters and the market. Under Hembrough great strides have been made in the Western Region with strong strategic and operational focus. Lastly, Michael Cottone, previously, Sales and Marketing Manager, Western Region has been promoted to Regional Vice President, Western Region. Cottone joined Volvo in 2001 and has held the title of Sales and Marketing Manager for the Western Region since 2012. He brings strong analytical skills, sales acumen and focus. All appointments will be effective May 1.
