1965 Oldsmobile Dynamic Eighty-Eight

The 1965 Dynamic Eight-Eight and Delta Eighty-Eight came equipped with an overhead valve V8 displacing 425 cubic-inches and offering 300 horsepower. It continued to be a popular full-size vehicle with 209,464 examples produced. Both the Delta 88 and Dynamic 88 had the same 2- and 4-door body styles, with the Dynamic 88 adding a convertible. The Delta was an upscale sub-series of the Dynamic 88 and added chrome door frame, deluxe interior trim, special moldings, courtesy lamps, and folding center armrest.

The Dynamic 88 came standard with a padded dash, electric windshield wipers, foam front seat cushion, parking brake light, carpeting, and electric windshield wipers.

A three-speed manual transmission was standard. An automatic was available for an additional cost.
