1968 Oldsmobile Delmont Eighty-Eight Navigation
The 1968 Oldsmobile Delmont Eighty-Eight was available as a 2- and 4-door Holiday Hardtop, Town Sedan, and a Convertible. The Town Sedan was the most popular body style with 24,365 finding buyers. The next closest body style in regards to sales was the 4-door holiday hardtop which had 21,056 sales. Power was from an overhead valve V8 engine which produced 250 horsepower. The Delmont Eighty-Eight was the company's entry-level model for their full-size vehicles. Standard equipment included dual master cylinder, fiberglass hood insulation, cross-flow radiator, map lights, four-way flashers, backup lights, molding package and central dome light. The interior featured either vinyl, cloth or leather upholstery. Pricing began at $3,150 for the 4-door town sedan and rose to $3,515 for the convertible.
