ROUSH Performance Announces New 2018 F-150 SC

The 650 horsepower 2018 ROÚSH F-150 SC gains 50 horsepower over the previous model thanks to the new ROÚSH TVS R2650 supercharger, can be equipped with a ROÚSH Active Exhaust system and is now available for pre-order at all ROÚSH authorized Ford Dealers

DETROIT (September 18, 2018) – ROÚSH Performance redefines off-road capability and on-road performance with the 2018 F-150 SC. Integrating the industry-leading ROÚSH TVS R2650 Supercharger Package with an advanced Fox Racing suspension and top-of-the-line ROÚSH performance styling components creates a vehicle that is equally at home on the street or on the trail.

The 2018 F-150 SC begins with the highly capable Ford 5.0-liter V8 engine. When combined with the all-new ROÚSH TVS R2650 Supercharger Package and ROÚSH engine calibration, this platform delivers 650 horsepower and 610 pound-feet of torque. ROÚSH further enhances the performance and sound of the F-150 SC with its standard Dual Tip Performance Exhaust System or the available Dual Tip Active Exhaust System which enables drivers to switch between loud and quiet modes via a mobile app or console mounted dial.

The F-150 SC gets its off-road capability from a ROÚSH/Fox 2.0 coilover suspension upgrade which lifts the front end two inches while importantly maintaining Ford's factory capacity for payload and towing. This suspension kit has been designed, developed and rigorously tested in extreme environments to withstand the harshest conditions. By providing greater ground clearance and a smoother ride, this upgrade enhances the truck's off-road ability and overall vehicle dynamics. The F150 SC rides on new ROÚSH branded 20-inch wheels, wrapped in Mickey Thompson Baja ATX P3 LT305/55R20 Hybrid All-Terrain tires.

'ROÚSH takes pride in providing consumers with innovative and powerful products that stay true to our name,' said Jack Roush Jr. 'Our 2018 ROÚSH F-150 SC is ready to take on your favorite trail, tow your boat to the lake or handle your daily commute.'

In addition to the performance modifications by ROÚSH, numerous off road inspired aesthetic changes are included on the F-150 SC. The exterior transformation of the truck begins with ROÚSH's signature full front grille replacement featuring seamless accent lighting integration, in-house front bumper cover (compatible with Ford's adaptive cruise control) and fender flares with accent lighting. To provide each owner the opportunity to personalize their F-150 SC, multiple customizable graphics options are available. Inside, every F-150 SC receives a serialized ROÚSH Console Badge and can be further personalized with the addition of the ROÚSH Leather Seating Úpgrade in Black and Carbon, a ROÚSH Console Vault or the inclusion of a ROÚSH Off-Road Útility Kit. To complete the customization, each truck receives a personally signed serialized engine-bay badge from the builder behind the creation.

The 2018 ROÚSH F-150 SC starts at $22,999above the cost of the base vehicle and comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile limited warranty. For more information on the 2018 ROÚSH F-150 SC or any other ROÚSH Performance vehicles, please visit www.roushperformance.com.
