1977 Chevrolet El Camino Navigation
Chevrolet produced the El Camino from 1959 to 1960, and then again from 1964 to 1987. They were built atop a two-door station wagon platform with the cab and cargo bed integrated into the body.

Auction entries : 1The fourth-generation was introduced in 1973 and continued until 1977. Its design matched the Chevelle line and was the largest El Camino generation. Trim levels included the base model and optional SS, which shared its exterior and interior appointments with the Chevelle Malibu. In 1974, the El Camino Classic was introduced, sharing its features with the Chevelle Malibu Classic. The base engine was a 307 cubic-inch, 2-barrel V8 offering 115 horsepower. Optional powerplants included a 350 2-barrel V8 with 145 hp, a 350 4-barrel V8 with 175 hp, and a 454 4-barrel V8 with 245 hp. A three-speed manual was standard, with optional transmission including a 4-speed manual and Turbo Hydramatic 3-speed automatic.For the 1977 model year, little changed as the company prepared for the introduction of the Fifth Generation the following year. For 1977, trim levels included the SS and the top-of-the-line El Camino Classic. The 400 CID V8, which had been introduced in 1974, was no longer available.
