The Scuderia AlphaTauri Formula One racing team and constructor is owned by Austrian beverage company Red Bull. The name was selected after the rebranding from 'Toro Rosso' to AlphaTauri' in reference of promoting the AlphaTauri fashion brand. The name change was requested in September of 2019 and officially announced in December, retiring the Scuderia Toro Rosso moniker after fourteen years. The name change brought a new livery, but much of the team remains the same, with drivers Pierre Gasley and Danill Kvyat. The car for the 2020 season is the AT01 and is powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged Honda RA620H engine assisted by a Honda electric motor and fitted with a paddle operated 8 speed automatic transmission.
