WHAT:

NTT INDYCAR SERIES driver Pato O'Ward will motivate race enthusiasts of all ages at the 2nd annual Driver's Day event at the Petersen Automotive Museum on Wednesday, April 9. Sponsored by Mission Foods, this special event offers free admission for youth under 18 (in-person only) and features a Q&A session with O'Ward, where he will share inspiring stories from his remarkable IndyCar career and his role as a McLaren Formula 1 reserve driver. Hundreds of students from local schools are expected to join the celebration and engage with O'Ward. In addition, a variety of exclusive activities designed specifically for kids will be available.

Pato O'Ward (Driver of the No. 5 ARROW McLaren Chevrolet): O'Ward has posted seven career IndyCar victories and 24 top-five finishes in 73 starts. He has served as a McLaren Formula 1 reserve driver. He is originally from Mexico and grew up in San Antonio.

Juan Gonzalez (CEO, Mission Foods): A lifelong automotive and motorsports enthusiast and CEO of Mission Foods, the leading manufacturer of tortillas and flatbreads around the world. He is also a Petersen Automotive Museum board member and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Grupo Financiero Banorte, one of Mexico's largest financial institutions.
