Honda announces winners of 2024 Yushu recognition scheme

  • Honda is celebrating more than 60 'Winners' and 'Highly Commended' retailers with  its 2024 Yūshū recognition scheme
  • Scheme identifies top performing European retailers in Customer Experience and has been expanded to include additional motorcycle sales regions in 2024
  • Yūshū is based on customer feedback and identifies retailers offering outstanding levels of service across both Sales and Aftersales operations
  • Honda will add a new category and hold an Awards Gala in 2025

Honda has revealed the winners of this year's Yūshū recognition scheme as it celebrates Europe's top performing retailers in Customer Experience based on real customer survey feedback.

Following its European introduction in 2022, the scheme has expanded year-on-year to include automobile and motorcycle sales across all European regions – with a total of 63 'Winners' and 'Highly Commended' retailers recognised this year.

Yūshū acknowledges and celebrates retailer performance as measured by the Honda Customer Satisfaction Index (H-CSI), a metric designed to capture the 'Voice of the Customer' and ensure the company continues to exceed expectations.

In 2025, the scheme will introduce an exciting new category – Customer Excellence in Sales & Aftersales – with the winners to be celebrated at an all-new Awards Gala.

Yūshū, meaning 'Excellence', is demonstrated by strong dealer engagement to achieve a high 'Overall Satisfaction' score, ultimately encouraging commitment to Honda's mission statement – to supply products of the highest quality and at a reasonable price for worldwide customer satisfaction.

Honda Garage Lavrysen, Laakdal, Belgium – third time Yūshū award winner, said: ' Since 1963, we have been a part of the Honda dealer network in Belgium, and we represent the third generation of this family business. Therefore, we know most of our customers from their childhood until the day they stop driving a car. We always strive to give them the best service possible throughout the day.  Many of our customers talk to us as if we are friends or family and this feeling is mutual. This has resulted in us being a three-time YŪSHŪ AWARD WINNER in 2022, 2023 and 2024.'
