1982 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera Navigation
The Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera was in production from 1982 through 1996 and it shared the front-wheel drive A platform with the similar Pontiac 6000, Buick Century, and Chevrolet Celebrity. Body styles included a sedan, coupe, and the Cutlass (Ciera) Cruiser station wagon. Initially, the suspension was a MacPherson strut setup in the front and the engine was a 2.5-liter four-cylinder Tech IV unit. A 3.0-liter Buick V6 or a 4.3-liter Oldsmobile Diesel V6 was optional. The coupe and sedan body styles were dropped after 1982 due to poor sales, leaving the LS and Brougham trim available from 1983 through 1985. The Brougham trim added a plush interior with vinyl accents, additional trim, a reading lamp, and leatherette interior door pulls.
