1970 Oldsmobile F-85 Navigation
Oldsmobile sold 11,110 examples of the F-85 Sport Coupe in 1970, with 8,274 of those being powered by V8 engines. The base engine was a six-cylinder unit with a 250 cubic-inch displacement size and offered 155 horsepower. The overhead-valve unit had a one-barrel Rochester carburetor. An optional 350 CID V8 was available, bringing horsepower to 250 BHP. The Oldsmobile F-85 was the company's entry-level model and came standard with padded head restraints, three-speed manual transmission, anti-theft steering column, seat and shoulder belts, and a locking glovebox. Oldsmobile offered a W-45 Option Rallye 350 Package, which was fitted on 3,547 Cutlass 'S' coupes and F-85 coupes. Buyers who selected this package received Sebring yellow paint, a 350 CID engine, and special decals.
