Tommy Kaira is a Japanese car tuning and manufacturing company headquartered in Minami-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The company is named after two ex-racecar drivers and the founders, Yoshikazu Tomita and Kikuo Kaira. The parent company, Tomita Dream Factory, was originally founded in 1968.
