Barrett-Jackson Supercharges Collector Car Hobby During Scottsdale Fall Auction with More Than $56.6 Million in Total Auction Sales, Led by Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar's 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari for $4.675 Million

• The four-day auction featured 794 collectible vehicles that generated more than $55 million in auction sales with a 99.9 percent sell-through rate

• On Super Saturday, rock 'n' roll legend Sammy Hagar was on the block for the sale of his 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari (Lot #760), which sold for $4.675 million, becoming the auction's top sale, and a new world auction record for a 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari

• Two vehicles – including the first retail production Cadillac Escalade IQ (Lot #3001) and 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse (Lot #3000) – sold for a combined $1.25 million for charity

Barrett-Jackson, The World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions, supercharged the collector car hobby during the 2024 Scottsdale Fall Auction, presented by Gila River Resorts & Casinos, Oct. 10-13 at WestWorld of Scottsdale. The four-day automotive lifestyle event featured 794 collectible vehicles that sold for more than $55 million, with a 99.9 percent sell-through rate. In addition, 429 pieces of authentic automobilia sold for more than $1.6 million, bringing total auction sales to more than $56.6 million, with more than 40 world auction record sales. The most electrifying sale was on Saturday, when rock 'n' roll megastar Sammy Hagar was on the block for the sale of his 2015 Ferrari LaFerrari (Lot #760) that sold for $4.675 million.

The top 10 vehicles that sold during the 2024 Scottsdale Fall Auction include:

• 2022 Ferrari SF90 Stradale Assetto Fiorano (Lot #762) - $599,500

• 1962 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Roadster (Lot #778) - $550,000

• 2023 Ferrari SF90 Stradale Assetto Fiorano (Lot #750) - $528,000

• 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona Coupe (Lot #751) - $506,000

• 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 (Lot #749) - $462,000

• 1968 Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition (Lot #687) - $451,000

• 2006 Ford GT (Lot #758) - $423,500

• 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Mansory Edition (Lot #773) - $396,000

'As evidence by our top 10 sales, supercars, professionally built Resto-Mods and well-preserved survivor vehicles were in high demand,' said Jackson. 'And our eclectic mix of collectible vehicles is already building anticipation for our January auction. We also hosted the Future Collector Car Show, along with interactive exhibits and activities that are reaching younger enthusiasts, which is fueling excitement and securing the future of our hobby.'

The Scottsdale Fall Auction kicked off with the Opening Night Celebration where guests enjoyed a night of entertainment and dancing under the stars with the band, The Party Crashers. Throughout the four-day event, guests experienced numerous exhibitor displays and hundreds of interactive sponsors in more than 750,000 feet of air-conditioned space, including the Southwest Chef Showdown culinary competition, Thrill Rides in the latest Dodge and Toyota vehicles, the Gila River 'You Do You' Patio, and live music performances.

Celebrities in attendance included actor William Shatner, who entertained guests and helped auction his 2016 Jaguar F-Type R convertible (Lot #348), as well as former pro golfer Paige Spiranac and former professional race car driver Dale Jarrett. On Super Saturday, Barrett-Jackson recognized Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Gary Littrell. He was joined onstage by American singer and songwriter Tony Orlando, who sang 'Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree.'

The Automobilia Auction included 429 items that sold for more than $1.6 million. The top automobilia pieces that sold during the Scottsdale Fall Auction included:

• 1920s Texaco Oil Visible Gas Pump (Lot #9475) - $80,500

• Large Circa 1950s American Flag Porcelain with Animated Neon Sign (Lot #9495) - $47,725

• 1931 Texaco Oil Butler #30 Visible Gas Pump (Lot #9385) - $40,250

• Circa 1940s Mobil Oil Socony-Vacuum Aviation Products Porcelain with Neon Sign (Lot #9397) - $40,250

• 1940s Muny Bait & Tackle Shop Neon Tin Sign (Lot #9493) - $34,500

Among the most impactful moments of the auction were the sale of two charity vehicles that together raised $1.25 million. General Motors donated the first retail production Cadillac Escalade IQ VIN 001 (Lot #3001) that sold for $550,000, with 100 percent of the hammer price benefiting Detroit Children's Fund.

On Friday, several longtime Barrett-Jackson friends and philanthropists showed their generosity. Mike and Tracy Patterson donated a 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse (Lot #3000) for an important charity sale, which was purchased by Michelle Mauzy for $350,000. Mauzy donated the vehicle back to be sold again, this time to Joe Riley for an additional $250,000. The Pattersons made a further $100,000 donation, bringing the total amount raised to $700,000; the funds will directly benefit Samaritan's Purse to aid in hurricane relief efforts on the East Coast. To date, Barrett-Jackson has raised over $156 million for charity.

Our best moments came when the generosity of our bidders overflowed to help our fellow Americans.
